Sometimes curls need a little extra time and care to get through those tangles—this add-on gives us the space to do just that.

Yes. We offer specialised repair and recovery treatments for clients dealing with heat damage, chemical damage or breakage. In some cases, we may also recommend a shape refresh to support your healthy hair journey.

We totally understand that things come up! Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new booking — as long as you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, as we’re unable to fill the spot at short notice. You can reschedule through your confirmation email or by getting in touch with us directly.
