Frequently asked questions
Why is pricing shown as "from"?
Our team includes stylists at different levels, so pricing varies slightly by who you book with. We show the starting price here, and you'll see the exact price for each stylist when you select them at booking.
How is my cut length priced?
By length and density, Short/Pixie, Short/Medium, or Long/Thick. For afro texture, length is measured stretched, not in its shrunken state. If you're unsure, book the tier closest to your length and we'll confirm on the day.
Will treatments loosen or change my curl pattern?
No. Our treatments restore, they don't change your texture. They're free from harsh chemicals and focused on strengthening, hydrating and reviving your natural curl pattern.
What if I need to reschedule?
Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new booking as long as you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours result in the loss of your deposit, as we're unable to fill the spot at short notice.
What's the difference between a curly cut and a traditional haircut?
Curly cuts are done on dry hair in its natural state, so we can see your true curl pattern and shape with intention. Traditional cuts often stretch or flatten curls, leading to unpredictable results.
