  • • Clean
    • Fully dry
    • Worn in its natural state
    • Styled as you would normally wear it

    This means no tight buns, slick backs, braids, straightening or stretched styles before your appointment.

    We assess your natural curl pattern, density and shape during your consultation, so seeing your hair exactly as you live in it allows us to customise your cut and styling properly.

    If your hair arrives wet, heavily stretched, or altered from its natural pattern, we may need to adjust the service on the day.

  • For treatment services, you can come exactly as you are, no need to wash, pre-style, or stress about prep.

    We will handle all cleansing, scalp preparation and product application in salon.

  • Think about what you want to get out of your appointment. Are you coming in for a refresh? A new shape? A colour change? A big transformation?

    Having a clear goal in mind helps guide your consultation and ensures we create something that truly fits your vision.

  • Appointments take around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the service. We’ll start with a consultation, then move into your tailored cut, treatment or colour.


    Your experience will include styling, product education and personalised recommendations to support your curl journey at home.

  • Have a vision? Bring photos, screenshots, or saved looks.
    We’ll work with you to adapt the style to your curl pattern, face shape and lifestyle.

  • We’re located at 128 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills.

    We’re approximately a 5–7 minute walk from Central Station (Devonshire Street exit) and around 10 minutes from Redfern Station, making us very easy to access by public transport.

    There is street parking available nearby, however most spots are 1–2 hour limited and can fill quickly during peak times. If you’re driving, we recommend allowing extra time to find parking or considering public transport for a smoother arrival.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable when rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.


    Reschedules within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. You can reschedule using your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

  • We’re a boutique salon with an intimate setup, designed to create a calm and focused experience for each client. Please be mindful of how many people you bring with you, as space is limited.

  • You're in safe hands. Whether you're returning to your natural texture or exploring your curl potential for the first time, this is a space where your hair is understood, celebrated and cared for no stress, no pressure.
