Booking Policy

We love getting your curls in the diary. Because every appointment is built around your time and texture, we ask all clients to read and understand our booking policy before booking.

Deposits

  • We have a 60% deposit requirement for all bookings.

  • The deposit is not an additional charge — it comes off your final bill on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but are fully transferable to a future booking when you give us the required notice (see below).

Cancellations & reschedules

  • We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you give us at least 72 hours' notice, your deposit will carry over to your next booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as we're unable to fill the spot at short notice.

Late arrivals & no-shows

  • Curly hair takes time, and we build your whole appointment around your slot, so please arrive on time.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we'll have to treat it as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited, as it affects every appointment booked after yours.

  • If you're running behind, please call us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Changing your service

  • If you'd like to change your service, please let us know before your scheduled appointment time so we can plan accordingly.

  • If a booked service is dropped on the day without prior notice, your deposit plus an additional $100 fee will be added to your invoice, as the time had been reserved for you.

Adjustment period

  • Your happiness matters to us. If you're not quite feeling your style, please contact us within two weeks of your appointment.

  • Where needed, we'll offer a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist.

  • Please note we do not offer refunds.
