Senior Curl Stylist

We're growing fast, with big plans, and we're looking for a passionate stylist to grow with us. You don't need to have worked with curly hair before. If you're skilled behind the chair and love the idea of specialising in texture, we'll teach you everything through our own curl education. Mindset matters most, we'll handle the rest.

What you'll do
  • Consult, cut, treat and style curly, wavy and afro hair using our method
  • Deliver colour services, foils, balayage, tints, toners and colour corrections
  • Educate every client so they leave knowing how to care for their curls at home
  • Bring your personality, a fun, premium, genuinely welcoming chair experience
  • Grow with the salon, into mentoring, education and more
Who we're looking for
  • A skilled stylist, confident across cutting and colour
  • Passionate about curly hair, no prior texture experience needed, we provide full education
  • Keen to learn, grow and be part of something bigger
  • Education-first, ego-last, you'd rather teach than gatekeep
  • Warm, reliable and great with people
  • A current qualification and the right to work in Australia
